Mara Cañedo Ayala

Research Assistant

Mara completed her Bachelor of Science in Honours Psychology at McGill University in April 2018. She has worked under the supervision of Dr. Brett Thombs since 2016, completing two undergraduate honours theses. She has worked on the Informal Caregiver Experience Study, assessing the experience of informal caregivers of people diagnosed with scleroderma, in order to provide them with better support and resources. Mara is currently working as a research assistant for SPIN.
